Terms of Service

1. Payments The buyer is solely responsible for providing the correct payment address prior to completing a transaction. Payments sent to an incorrect address are non-recoverable. Vex.cc will not issue a replacement or refund under any circumstances in such cases.

2. Refund Policy All sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

3. Proof of Purchase Upon completing a purchase, the buyer is required to present a valid and verifiable proof of purchase in order to receive their product. Delivery will not be processed until a legitimate proof of purchase has been provided.

4. Fraudulent Documentation Any attempt to submit falsified, edited, or otherwise fraudulent proof of purchase will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Vex.cc services, with no possibility of appeal.

5. Sellauth – Email Delivery Products purchased through the Sellauth platform are delivered automatically and instantly to the email address entered at the time of checkout. The buyer is fully responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. In the event of an invalid or incorrectly entered email address, the license key will be permanently lost. No replacement will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Reverse Engineering & Unauthorized Tampering Decompiling, reverse engineering, cracking, modifying, or otherwise tampering with the Vex.cc loader or any associated software is strictly prohibited. All suspicious activity is actively monitored. Any confirmed violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban. Vex.cc reserves the right to publicly disclose the identity and actions of any individual found to be in violation of this clause.

7. Account Termination Vex.cc reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to its services at any time and without prior notice if a user is found to be engaging in suspicious, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access attempts, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, coordinated abuse, or any behavior deemed harmful to Vex.cc or its users. Terminated accounts will not be eligible for reinstatement or refund.
